High productivity with an integrated, compact design

The Integrated Flying Bridge is a waterjet cutting system that has beenfield proven through over a thousand installations worldwide. Itincorporates a design that fills the industry's needs for a machineconsuming minimal floor space, providing optimal operator access andeasy loading and unloading. All machine components such ashigh-pressure pump and motion control as well as all electrical,hydraulic and high-pressure fittings have been integrated in the designin order to save valuable floor space. For material loading andunloading of cut parts the operator has access to all three sides ofthe work envelope.

The system is controlled by FLOW's own FlowMaster^® PCcontrol system. The heart are complex calculation models which callupon more than 20 years of experience with the abrasive waterjetcutting process supported by an extensive material database.

For maximum productivity, it is possible to equip the IFB2 with optional features such as dual cutting heads or Dynamic Waterjet^®technology. Further options like the patented UltraPierce vacuum assistsystem, height sensor or laser pointer make the Integrated FlyingBridge a perfect machine tool for any application.

And, as with all FLOW waterjet cutting systems you can choose the pumpsolution that is suited best for your application: direct driven HyPlexpump or classic intensifier pump. But no matter which model you choose,you will receive a FLOW pump that is reliable, efficient and easy tomaintain.
